At Pet Sitting Malta we offer dog boarding service for all kinds of dogs irrespective of age, size, breed or sex with the exception of these breeds. Many individuals make use of our dog boarding service in instances in which they would need to be away or would be unable to take care of their dog/s.
The common denominator throughout our services at Pet Sitting Malta is to keep things small and individualised. This is fundamental in order to provide the best possible environment and care. Dogs on boarding with us share our own living space and are welcome to make themselves comfortable with us at home. In order to offer the safest environment possible, we always conduct a preliminary meeting with prospective dogs for boarding. A preliminary meeting is essential to:
- Asses the sociability of the dog
- Allow the owner to get to know us
- Give time to the dog to get comfortable around us
Due to the fact that dogs will be sharing the same household there are important criteria that dogs must meet in order to be eligible for boarding. Dogs must be:
- Well socialised
- House trained
- Fully vaccinated with up to date records
- Females must not be on heat
We only engage in boarding dogs that meet the above requirements. We take this approach to put your mind at rest that we provide your dog with the safest Dog Boarding environment possible.
We do understand the importance of feedback. Therefore as part of our Dog Boarding service, we take pictures and videos throughout the day and upload them to a secure location on our server. Dog owners would be able to access these photo and video updates from our “Pet Updates” section on this same website. In this way we reassure the owner that the dog is enjoying the Dog Boarding experience that we provide.
